My team (Dropbears) worked extremely well throughout the duration of the assignment. Members were generally
punctual with the meeting times and during the meetings we assigned parts of the project to each person so
that he can complete it. The assignment was done with regard to what each person’s strong points and weak
points are, and hence I believe we achieved optimal results. We created deadlines and we generally adhered to
them. I believe though that what can be improved, is being on-time with deadlines, as I feel that some team
members did not always manage to have the items they were assigned, finished on time. Through this experience,
I learned a lot about group structure and how to handle people, how to deal with deadlines and how to
communicate effectively. Furthermore, I found it surprising how well we all got along and understood each
other. Certainly, this was a very memorable group project, and it was very nice collaborating with other
people.

I believe working with this group throughout the last few weeks, one of the most successfully parts of our
team, everyone’s attitudes and approaches were similar. Every team member wants to do the best to get the best
possible outcome. A slight improvement could have been more concrete and realistic deadlines I feel that some
of the deadlines where too short and as such were struggled to be met.
One thing that was a surprise is how much I enjoyed working in a team, everyone wants to be here and do their
best, as such, communicating and working with them was incredibly fulfilling. However, how long some of the
assigned tasks would take to complete, I absolutely underestimated. Despite this each member pulled their
weight and got through their tasks. One thing I have learnt about team work is that when everyone is engaged
and willing to work it is incredibly satisfying. Also, communication and an easy to use platform for sharing
files is incredibly important without teams and e-mails this assignment would have been incredibly difficult
to organise.

Well, this has been an unforgettable journey, this group has done exceptionally well in managing and
distributing workloads according to each members capability. The drop bears have consistently aimed for the
best mark collaboratively with a unified mindset and have overcome multiple complications along the way. The
individuals in this group did not hold back from using their talents and strengths regardless of whether or
not they were assigned to that particular section, this I believe, is what made assignment two a rather
exceptional experience.
In the beginning, the meetings we conducted consisted of less encouragement and more task assigning, this
resulted in an uncomfortable environment cultivating further formality than necessary. This environment was
however slowly improved, finally closer to the end, we were comfortable making various small banter and jokes
that allowed us to all get along far easier. The way that the task assignments and allocations were made was
of exceptional quality, agendas were sent out before every meeting, said agendas consisted of a structured
approach of how the meeting would be procedurally carried out according to the concerns and needs of the
group, and what will be discussed moving forward. In conclusion the drop bears collaborated exceptionally,
sharing the workload justly and assisting group members in their insufficiencies, In my regard, personally, if
this assignment be hypothetically re assigned, my selection of each and every group member would stand
unvarying.

Working in this group has been great as to the different ideas that we have had and complied them into the
assessment for the website but also the project idea. I feel that we have all put in what we have needed to
for the assessment and done the work needed to be able to complete the assessment within the time frame, have
meet a great bunch of guys that are willing to help when and where needed if someone on the team becomes stuck
or unable to complete something with in the specified time frame. The members of the team I am currently
working with are great and easy to get along with as to the backgrounds we all come from.

During my group meetings, I was able to contribute to my part of the task. Another thing that went well was
the help that was in our group, the tasks that each member had to do were clear, everyone contributed well.
The things that could be improved I would say would be the timing of the meetings and perhaps some minor
things we need to upgrade, as a group we were able to determine issues and have a fix with also being able to
plan meetings on days that will benefit everyone. We were able to plan out what we needed to do and then
members of our group would be tasked to check each other’s work for other areas of fixes. The thing that
surprised me the most was the ability to plan as to what day would be best to do the meetings another factor
was the help that our group was giving, if we had any struggles, we were able to excessively ask for help in
areas that I or the group didn’t understand. Although the main prologue was that during problems or issues
during some tasks or planning days we would all put suggestions on what day would be best for all of us then
we decided to put it on the days we would less likely be stressed.
Group
What went well
We all enjoyed the general structure and organization of the team, as we feel that it was a major part of this collaboration and one which truly displayed our strength as a team. Moreover, whenever a team member had any form of issue, the rest were always more than willing to help him complete the task assigned to him. Furthermore, each member feels that they had the opportunity to work to the best of their abilities, with everyone focusing on each other’s strong points, in order to get the best possible results. In addition, the general consensus is that as team members we worked more of as a unit, than as individuals, by allowing for us to bond well as a team and to develop into a form of family.
What could have improved
Without a doubt, each project and collaboration will have its issues and complications, factors which weren’t absent in this particular group project. We often underestimated the difficulty as well as the tediousness of the different tasks, and sometimes, were surprised by the magnitude of work which had to be completed. Certainly, finding up-to-date information and studies, for use within our project, also posed a great difficulty, as the vast majority of data, was outdated, or generally unusable.
Surprising Facts
There was a plethora of factors which were rather surprising to all of us, amongst them being, the pleasure which we derived from the coalition of our different personalities, into one cohesive mass, that lead to the creation of a great project. We also worked together with great effectiveness, taking into account the different personalities with which we were surrounded, so as to be as efficient as possible. The enormous number of different ideas which presented themselves, from all team members, were also surprising.
At least one thing you have learned about groups
Our determination and great versatility, were crucial values that allowed for the creation of a project, which is the product of all team members respectively. We developed and cultivated our skills, throughout the duration of this project, in a multitude of different domains. We discovered the strengths of working within a group environment, and leveraging the power of multiple people, with different backgrounds, working on a single project. We also understood how to handle people, how to think of the benefits an application could have for the hoi polloi, and generally how to be good team members.
Summary
In conclusion, we all believe that the group functioned very well. It was definitely a pleasurable experience, which will remain in our memories, forever. As we collaboratively cultivated, essential values, which resulted in both exceptional work and the general betterment of the ethos, of all team members.
